Everything about tickets, entry, and getting in touch.
Right after checkout you get an email with a QR code for each ticket. Show it at the door — phone screen or printed. That's it.
Your account page lists every show you've bought for, with QR codes ready to re-download. If you checked out as a guest, email hello@collectivemachi.com from the same address you used at checkout and we'll resend.
Each QR code is one entry. Once it's scanned at the door, it's used — you can't share it. Buy them their own ticket and they'll get their own QR.

Doors open 30 minutes before the listed start time. Show up earlier on busy nights to avoid the line. Each event page has the exact doors-open time.
Each show lists its own age policy on the event page (all ages, 18+, or 21+). Bring ID for any 18+ or 21+ event.
There's a notes field on the checkout page. Tell us what you need (wheelchair access, ASL interpreter, etc.) and we'll make it work. You can also email hello@collectivemachi.com ahead of time.
Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link, all processed through Stripe.
Refunds are available up to 48 hours before doors open. After that, tickets are non-refundable except for event cancellation. If we cancel a show, every paid ticket is refunded automatically — no action needed. Email hello@collectivemachi.com if you need help.
You get a refund within 5–10 business days, plus an email letting you know. Sometimes we'll offer a credit toward a future show too.
No — guest checkout works. An account is helpful so you can re-download QR codes, see your ticket history, and skip address fields next time.
