These Terms govern your use of Machi Collective (https://machicollective.com). By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to make a purchase. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Orders and payment

By placing an order you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable taxes and shipping. Payment is processed by Stripe. We never store full card numbers. Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to refuse any order — for example if the product was misrepresented or pricing was clearly in error — and will refund any payment in that case.

3. Digital products

Digital products are licensed for personal or single-team use unless the product page states otherwise. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the files without prior written permission.

License is non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable on material breach.

4. Physical products

Physical products are shipped via the carrier shown at checkout. Risk of loss transfers to you upon carrier handover. Tracking links are emailed once a label is printed.

6. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from compiled assets we distribute as obfuscated builds.
• Use the site or our products to send spam, malware, or unlawful content.
• Resell digital downloads outside the license terms.
• Attempt to circumvent the storefront, account, or payment systems.

7. Intellectual property

All site content, branding, and product code (where applicable) are owned by Machi Collective or our licensors. Your purchase grants the license described on the product page; nothing else is transferred.

8. User-submitted content

If you submit reviews, comments, or feedback, you grant Machi Collective a non-exclusive royalty-free license to display and use that content in marketing.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Machi Collective AND ITS AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Machi Collective against claims arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these Terms.

12. Dispute resolution & governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, USA, and you consent to that venue.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach. You may stop using the site at any time.
